Recess Mood combines magnesium & adaptogens to help you unwind. it comes in two forms: Recess Mood sparkling water and Recess Mood Powder

Recess Mood sparkling water is infused with magnesium and adaptogens. each flavor is made with real fruit and no fake stuff. more specifically, each serving contains 53mg of magnesium from our proprietary magnesium blend which includes magnesium L-threonate, magnesium ascorbate and active vitamin B6, as well as L-theanine and lemon balm powder

Recess Mood powder is a ready-to-mix powder featuring a blend of magnesium, adaptogens and electrolytes for hydration. more specifically, each serving contains 1.6g of our proprietary magnesium blend which includes magnesium L-threonate, magnesium glycinate, magnesium citrate and active vitamin B6, as well as 200mg of L-theanine and 180mg of passion flower extract

each serving of Recess Mood Powder is half of your daily recommended amount of magnesium, so we recommend up to 2 servings (2 stick packs or 2 scoops) per day, unless you are pregnant or nursing, in which case you should check with your physician prior to consuming. we encourage you to listen to your body and consult a physician if you need more information on how you might be affected

Recess Zero Proof is a line of craft mocktails for alcohol-free moments. they’re infused with uplifting guayusa and balancing adaptogens. our mocktails taste and feel like your favorite cocktails, without the consequences. they’re also made with real ingredients, low sugar, low calorie and are 0% ABV

to sign up for a subscription:

1. select the “subscribe” option on the product page
2. then select the frequency of your delivery (2, 4 or 8 weeks)
3. then check out.
4. you’ll receive an email prompting you to make a user account for our subscription portal. note: this user account creation email will come a few minutes after your order confirmation email. within this user account, you can pause, skip or cancel your subscription anytime

yes. to change your delivery date, change your upcoming charge date by emailing subscribe@takearecess.com. we can help you from there

yes. to change your delivery frequency:

1. log in to your Recess account
2. click “subscriptions,” click “edit” under the product you’d like to update
3. click “edit schedule” in the “delivery schedule” section
4. choose from 2, 4 or 8 week options
5. hit “update”
6. view your delivery schedule to confirm your update

yes. to skip a shipment:

1. log in to your Recess account
2. click “delivery schedule”
3. click “edit” under the upcoming delivery that you’d like to skip
4. click “skip shipment” under the “delivery schedule” section
5. review the revised next shipment date and click “skip it” to finalize
6. confirm by going back to the “delivery schedule” page where you will see the word “skipped” under the skipped shipment

note: you can only skip your next upcoming shipment. if you need to skip a future date beyond your next shipment, please contact customer support at subscribe@takearecess.com

yes. to add to your existing subscription:

1. log in to your Recess account
2. click the “subscriptions” tab
3. click “add a product”
4. choose the product you’d like to add
5. fill out the frequency and shipping information
6. click “add product”
7. to confirm, click on the “delivery schedule” to see your new subscription product reflected in your delivery schedule

to swap one subscription product for another:

1. log in to your Recess account
2. click the “subscriptions” tab
3. click “edit” under the product you’d like to swap
4. under the “product” section, click “edit product”
5. then click “swap product”
6. search or scroll for the product you’d like to subscribe to
7. then hit “swap product”
8. to confirm, click on the “delivery schedule” to see your updated subscription product reflected in your delivery schedule

to remove a subscription product:

1. log in to your Recess account
2. click the “subscriptions” tab
3. click “edit” under the product you’d like to remove
4. under the “product” section, click “cancel subscription”
5. click “cancel my subscription” to confirm

yes. to change your billing method:

1. log in to your account
2. click “manage account”
3. click “edit card on file” & enter your new card details
4. click “update” when you’re finished and you’re all set

yes. to change your shipping address:

1. log in to your account
2. click “manage account”
3. click “edit address” & enter the new shipping address
4. hit “update shipping address” to save

to cancel your subscription:

1. login to your Recess account
2. click the “subscriptions” tab
3. click “edit” under the product you’d like to remove
4. under the “product” section, click “cancel subscription”
5. click “cancel my subscription” to confirm

depending on your location, you will receive a delivery between 2-7 business days from the shipment date

yes. all apparel is unisex and fits true to size. our instagram is weird, our sizes are not
